integrity and character above anything else - We have
found over the years that we can take an individual with high
character and integrity and a strong work ethic and teach him
our specialized trade. What we can not do is take an
individual with trade skills and experience and teach them character and
integrity.

Strong
Leadership ability – We want each and every team
member to have strong leadership ability. An individual who has strong
leadership ability has the ability to lead himself in an
assigned task and will move up in the company to future
leadership opportunities.

Responsible
– We want individuals who are responsible to get to
work on time and to do what is expected of them and not need
to be constantly supervised or “watched over” to make sure
they are doing there job.

Team Player
- The trades are plagued with tradesmen who put others down in
an attempt to make themselves look better. Disrespectful
behavior and language, verbal abuse is common and accepted as
part of the trades. We do not tolerate or accept this in our
company. We are looking for team players that are confident,
mature, and socially developed enough to build each other up
and create a positive work environment.

Does not
know it all – We have found that individuals who think
they know it all are limited in their ability to grow in many
aspects. They are limited in developing their communication
skills, the level of their skill in the trade as well as
their overall ability to grow as a person and work well with
others.

Humble
Attitude – The current leadership that we have is
humble and puts others first. We view leadership as a position
that is one of serving and supporting the people that you are
responsible to lead. We put a strong emphasis on leading by
example and not asking anyone to do something that you would
not be willing to do yourself.
