1)  State of the art telephone system - This helps insure that every call that comes into our office is answered personally.  Our telephone system is set up so that after the first two rings all lines in our office will ring giving everyone the opportunity to take your call.

2)  Photo Condition Reports - Every potential customer that schedules an inspection receives a Photo Condition Report.  This includes up close photos of all areas of your roof which may require immediate attention or condition that should be addressed in the next year or two.  Written descriptions are typed beneath the photos explaining the concern or need that we are bringing to your attention.

3)  Typed Proposals with detailed scope of work to be performed
