Dear Mr. Leeland,

There are multiple challenges in the construction industry to complete specialized trades projects on time and on budget in todays marketplace. Martech Associates, Inc has earned a reputation for meeting these challenges, providing successful Construction Management services on large scale specialized slate roof restoration projects.

On a recent project, Martech was engaged to provide the construction management of multiple facility slate roof restoration services at Bucknell University. The project schedule was significantly impacted when one of several contractors on the project team was unable to meet performance requirements. Subsequently, I contacted you to discuss the project requirements and determine if your firm may be able to support the needs of the project. Within a week after schedule alterations on your part, you were able to send in a small crew to support the work and one week later you provided another small crew therein filling the void and allow us to meet a tight summer completion schedule on the project. The professionalism, knowledge, skill sets and the attention to safety requirements displayed by your firms sta" was a most significant contribution to the successful completion of the work.

I thank you again for supporting Martech in our time of need. Please know I would be very glad to provide a most positive recommendation on behalf of Leeland’s Slate Roofing to anyone who may be evaluating the services provided by your firm.!

Dear Mr. Leeland,

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. We are so appreciative of your giving towards this ministry, and as the 1" place recipient of the $1,000 Food Bank Giveaway, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you specifically for the donation. We received $1,000 in food with which we were able to bless the lives of those in our community in need.

While thinking of your willingness to partake in the lives of the people St. Paul ministers to, I am reminded of the words recorded in James 2:14-17, which says:

"What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such a faith save him? Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, 'Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about his physical needs what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."

Every time that you give in order to take care of the physical needs represented in the lives of those we touch, you are demonstrating your faith by your deeds. God is pleased with your demonstration of love in His name. Thank you, and may the Lord multiply back to you abundantly for what you have sown into us.

Dear Mr. Leeland,

Greetings in the saving name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Before I get too distracted with distributing what the Lord so graciously provided through you, I want to thank you deeply for being the Lord's instrument in meeting needs of many in our community who have very little-and at a time when our church's ability to help is being really stretched.

We see so many hurting families in our community, that it is a real joy to see someone really doing something to ease the pain. It was a blessing to pray with you and to acknowledge God's care for His children. May He bless and keep you-especially since your mailing seemed to imply that you have had health issues. I'm glad I didn't let you carry more of the heavy foods upstairs!

May you and yours have a healthy, happy Thanksgiving and Christmas, as you, too, thank Him for all His loving provision for your needs!

Gratefully in Christ,
Pastor Dirk Spalding

Dear Mr. Leeland,

I would like to compliment you and all of your associates for a job well done. The quality of your work and your crew's pride of craftsmanships is clearly evident. We are very pleased with the result, and feel fortunate to have found a quality-minded company like Leeland's to work with. Please pass along our thanks to everyone involved.

Thanks again for helping us to upgrade and maintain our property.

Dear Mr. Leeland,

In the cheap plastic throwaway society in which we live, it is refreshing to encounter good solid workmanship.

Our new slate roof on Saint Rose of Lima Church in Newfield has been the object of many compliments. It is a tribute to your men who were able to accomplish this with a minimum of disruption. They acted in a professional manner as well as left a clean job site each day. Your foreman Bob impressed our parish staff by his astute management.

A slate and copper roof is not cheap, but you were reasonable and gave value and quality. Your workmanship is oldworld in a computer age.

I wish you well in the future.

Sincerely yours,
Reverend John J. Tumosa
