When we approach a painting restoration project, you can be sure we will sand by hand and visually inspect every inch of your steeple. After a thorough preparation, we will brush apply a primer coat with linseed oil and and gum spirits to restore the wood's natural oil. Therefore, the primer will be absorbed into the wood's fibers, versus a typical surface coat primer. After the primer is thoroughly dried, one finish coat is meticulously applied by hand.
