We are Always Available for our customers
We are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to serve our customers. Unexpected emergencies happen, tree limbs falling on your roof, snow and ice damage or even fire damage.
We are available at any time to serve you in your time of need. If or when you experience an emergency situation of this nature that requires our immediate attention the following procedures will put you in touch with us at any time day or night.
Or if you ever get home and have a question or concern about your project that you feel needs an immediate answer and it is after hours feel free if you feel it is urgent to use this service to contact us .
1) Call any of our office numbers listed, if you are calling after office hours our automated voice system will instruct you to press the number #9 if you have an emergency and someone will be with you immediately.

2) When you press # 9 your call will be answered by our live answering service. Tell them you have an emergency and need immediate service and they will take your name and number and the type of emergency you are experiencing and they will begin calling the designated leadership in the company until they reach one of us personally. The answering service will call Chris Leeland first then Mike Walters and continue with the Area managers until we are reached.
3) The leader that is reached first will call you immediately and get the details of the emergency you are experiencing and dispatch a crew to take care of your immediate needs.
4) The answering service is instructed to follow up with a call after you have been contacted to insure you have received a call and a crew has been dispatched.
