A slate replacement project using mixed (purple, green fading, green unfading, and red) Vermont slate. The slate size is 12x20.

Porches in need of qualiy repairs. Both were exhibiting the need for structural repairs.

Contractors installing lightning protection nailed the fasteners through critical valley flashings. Also, notice the old heavy patches and heavily rusted tin flashings.

This gutter had leaked for a long time causing substantial decking deterioration.

Another area where patching is almost always used but seldom works. The dormer pictured here was leaking around the edge of the slate.
