| Integrity Pricing - We practice
what we call integrity pricing. We break down each
proposal option to show the amount of labor and material being
charged to complete each project. We submit copies of our
daily work orders for your review to show the amount of time
that was worked and material used for all time and material
contracts. Our pricing is transparent even on our fixed
contracts. We honor our word and our contracts - We do
not put profit above our character or integrity. We do
what we say we are going to do and if any unforeseen challenges
or events occur that prevent us from meeting our commitments we
inform our customers immediately to discuss the situation.
I wish I could tell you that our team has never made a mistake
but that is not true. What I can tell you is that when we make a
mistake we take full responsibility and are honest in all of our
dealings.
Integrity & Character - Each team member knows that
mistakes happen and no one has ever been terminated for making a
mistake. There is no motivation at all to lie or take a
short cut and jeopardize a project's quality. We have
never made a team member feel bad about themselves or guilty of
any mistake that has been experienced. However lying or
cheating for any reason is automatic termination. |
